Felicidades por su magnifico galardon de National Geographic, sinceramente me encantan sus trabajo y es un premio bien merecido. Estoy comensando en esto de la fotografia y me encanta y creame que al ver sus fotos me encanta mucho mas, espero que pueda continuar haciendo esto por mucho mas y que siga trallendo premios como esos. Bueno espero que todo le vaya bien y que tenga exito en Antartica y Tierra del Fuego.
P.S. Si se va a presentar en algun evento de fotografia no dude en escribirme, deseo conoserla y desirle esto en persona. -

Saludos Viveca! Tuve la oportunidad de conocerte en el Certamen de Fotografia en Cayey (abril 2007) y formar parte del jurado contigo. Me encanta el trabajo que haces, tiene algo particular en el que se expresa tu sentimiento a traves de tus fotos. Y eso es algo muy difícil de expresar-Te felicito mucho por tu trabajo, es de excelente calidad. Luego nos ponemos de acuedo para la expedición fotográfica de la que hablamos. -

Le felicito por su EXCELENTE trabajo y dinamismo. Aunque actualmente soy profesor de biología, llevo años en la fotografía (en el anonimato); pero al observar su página me ha motivado a dar el primer paso y pronto compartiré algunas fotos.
Entiendo que la fotografía es el mejor modo de llevar un mensaje positivo a futuras generaciones de todo lo que ocurre en nuestro entorno.
En un futuro estoy planificando en visitar China (posiblemente le consulte al respecto).
Nuevamente la deseo felicitar por sus magnificas fotos, muy en especial por el sentimiento en particular que imparte en sus fotos familiares.
Que el Señor le Bendiga y mucho EXITO!!!!

Sony Magic ...
Viveca,
Your work is quite inspiring to me. I too, have used older Sony Cybershot cameras (the CD-1000, and now I have upgraded to the Sony Cybershot F8.28 with a Carl Zeiss lens). Sadly I did not realize I could not add another lens to this current camera. But, till I can afford to upgrade to the Nikon or the Canon, I will work within the parameters of this camera. Your portrait work is what really draws me deep into your work. I personally am facinated with the eyes, whether human, equine (my Friesians), or canine (my Italian Greyhound). For some reason, most of my photography gravitates towards the faces. I guess I'm forming my "nitch". (she hopes! LOL). Anyhow, thank you for being an inspiration! Your work amazes me!

Oh .. sorry .. forgot to mention, I live I West Palm Beach, Florida, and have been an avid photographer since my Father gave me a "Brownie Box Camera" back in 1966 (I was 11 yrs old) when we spent a year and a half in Panama. Oh I wish I'd known then, what I know now, .. thank goodness my memories of Panama are like it was just yesterday! Regards, Shaana -

Loved your gallery!
Viveca, it was so nice to visit some old friends and lovely to see a lot of new images. I especially loved looking at Forrest's as has grown from an adorable infant to a charming little man. It's a wonderful album and will bring much enjoyment to many I know in the future. Keep up the great work you do in this world. It needs special people like you. -

Beautiful images
Viveca, your images are amazing! I especially love your images of all the people you have encountered. They remind me of classic National Geographic images. I completely agree with you also. A big reason why I love photography is because I am so astounded with the beauty of God's creation. I always find myself grabbing my camera to take whatever snapshots I can of the creation around me. Great Work
Vivica
Your work is some of the best I have ever seen. After reading your bio, I came to understand the photos were shot with a point and shoot digital camera(F707). This only makes your work even more interesting and by far the best I have laid eyes on from a point and shoot digital camera. Make me wonder why I'm spending over $2000 on a Canon 20D? -
